14-day free trial, no card

Creating an account starts a 14-day trial. You don’t need to enter payment details to try it.

Pricing questions

Is it priced per organisation or per user?

Per organisation. Invite your team as owners, admins or members at no extra cost. If you run more than one business, each organisation you add is its own subscription.

Is GST included?

Yes. Every price is in Australian dollars and includes GST, and a tax invoice is available for every payment under Manage Subscription.

What happens after my 24 founding months?

Your subscription moves to the standard price current at that time, which is $10 per month today. We email you at least 30 days before your first renewal at the standard price. If a founding subscription is cancelled or lapses before then, the founding rate ends with it.

Is there a yearly plan?

Not yet. Yearly billing is coming soon. For now every plan is billed monthly.

What happens if I stop paying?

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and you keep access while you update your card. If your subscription ends, your organisation moves to export-only access for 90 days so you can download everything. After those 90 days your data is permanently deleted. See Terms, section 14.
